Products that have been opened, used, or partially used, that have been damaged by abuse, carelessness, or inappropriate storage, or that have been returned for a change of heart or an allergic reaction (we advise patch testing before full use) are not eligible for returns.
Please give your order number and clear pictures of the damaged or expired item to our support team at Cemveda@gmail.com or 9793977635 within 48 hours of receiving your product to start the return process.
If the product is unused and in its original packaging, we will arrange for a replacement or refund once approved. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, enquire about processing times from your bank or credit card company, and if the problem continues, contact us at Cemveda@gmail.com.
