Orders are confirmed via email, and Cemveda reserves the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or technical errors, with all prices listed in Indian Rupees (INR), including applicable taxes, processed through secure payment gateways. Shipping timelines are provided at checkout, though delays beyond our control may occur. 

For hygiene and safety, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or expired products within 48 hours of receipt, with proof submitted to Cemveda@gmail.com for refund or replacement; used products or those causing reactions due to individual sensitivities are non-returnable. All website content, including images and logos, is Cemveda’s intellectual property and may not be used without permission. Your privacy is paramount; we collect only necessary data, never sharing or selling it, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. 

Cemveda is not liable for individual skin reactions, product misuse, or consequential damages, and users must comply with laws, avoid site misuse, and provide accurate information. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes handled in Delhi courts. Cemveda may update these terms at any time, effective upon posting.
